Gluten-Free Bread Mix

Ingredients: 3 cup Gluten-Free Sofra Gluten-Free Bread Mix, 1 cup warm water, 1 table spoon dry yeast, 2.5 table spoon vegetable oil, 2eggs, salt(optional).

Directions: Mix warm water and yeast and wait for 10 min. Mix and knead gluten-free bread mixture, oil, eggs and yeast-water mixture in a seperate bowl until getiing a homogenous mixture. Pour the fluid dough you get greased cooking mold. Leave it at 40-45 °C to ferment for 1 hour. Cook in preheated oven at about 160-180 °C for 30 min.
