Ingredients: 3 cups Gluten-Free Sofra Gluten-Free Cake Mix, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1/3 cup milk.
Directions: Mix all ingredients in a bowl until they get a smooth consistency. Pour this mix into a greased cake mold. Cook it about 20-25 min. in the oven at 180 °C. It is ready to service.
