We take care of gluten-free production.

Gluten-Free Sofra has been established in order to produce Gluten-Free Flour and Gluten-Free Food in a closed area of 2.200 m2 as a result of long-term R&D studies. With a team of physicians, food engineers, agricultural engineers, biologists and chemists, we produce high QUALITY, more DELICIOUS and HEALTHY gluten-free food for individuals that has a gluten-free diet and intentive about gluten-free nutrition.
We process our gluten free grains grown by us with the latest technological devices. We transform them in hygienic conditions into gluten-free flour mixtures. We also produce delicious breads for you in our gluten-free ovens and offer them to your liking.
